"Outstanding! From first contact to full resolution 61 hours. We needed a full new consumer unit, random blackouts with no pattern, an old plastic consumer unit held together with tape. Hillcrest replaced the old unit with a new one, found the fault (and fixed it) that was causing all the issues. As parents of 4 with both my wife and I working from home an electrical problem causing the internet to drop was probably the last straw - Hillcrest the “John Lewis” of electrical engineers. We will never use another."
